Note: You should probably instruct the customer how todo this and let them
call back if the problem does not appear to be solvable by this method.
1. Turn off all extensions and control panels and restart
2. Re-add them five at a time and restart between each (sincethey load on startup)
until you can reproduce the problem. Once you canreproduce it, one of those
five extensions/control panels you just enabledis the culprit.
(Note that sometimes these problems are caused byconflicting files - two
or more extensions or control panels that are incompatiblewith one another;
they could be accessing the same memory at the sametime, or accessing/editing
the same resource).
3. Disable the five items from step 2 one at a time until youcan no longer reproduce
the error. This will tell you which file isat least PART of the problem.
