1. Go under the Apple Menu and choose Control Panels
2. Select "Memory"
3. Set Virtual Memory to Off (or On if you're enabling it)
4. Disabling: close the window
    Enabling: Set the size to 40MB, then close the window
    If you're not sure they have enough hard drive space,
    check how much hard drivespace they have
5. Restart the computer
